I have problems during installation under Mac
OS X. |
To circumvent your installation
problem:
Try to move TeamAgenda application
from the Application/Teamsoft/TeamAgenda folder to Trash and then
install TeamAganda again.
If this doesn't work move Teamsoft
folder to Trash (ensure that it doesn't contain any important Personal
Agendas, otherwise move them to safe place) and install TeamAgenda
application again.
If this doesn't work, you don't
have permission to delete or overwrite application. In this situation
install TeamAgenda to another folder (press 'Choose Folder...' button
on the installation page 'Destination Select')

How to register standalone? |
Click on the 'TeamAgenda' menu (for
Mac) or on the 'Help' menu (for Windows), and select 'About TeamAgenda'.
Click on the 'Register' button and then click on the 'Buy' button.
After completing the forms and making your payment, you will be
supplied with a key. Enter this key in the previous 'Register' screen.
This will unlock the software.

Personal agenda out of sync with server database. |
1.
- Copy personal agenda;
- Connect to server with copy, exit and then delete a copy;
- Connect to server with original personal agenda;
- Server will assume that original personal agenda is out
of sync and force a synchronization.
2.
- Connect to server with a different user;
- Select 'Team Administration' from the 'Context' menu;
- Select 'Recreate a personal agenda' and select personal
agenda that you wish to create;
- Replace out of sync user's personal agenda with recreated
personal agenda.

How can I get my password for WebAgenda after
conversion? |
Note that after conversion all the
passwords are lost.
You can set new passwords for any
user using 'Context' -> 'Team Administration' -> 'Directory Maintenance'.
Then select user and press Edit button. Also you can set a password
for currant user by selecting 'WebAgenda - Change Password' in menu
'File'

I cannot connect to TeamAgenda Server. |
TTry the following:
- Check for network connection between client and server;
- Check that routes, firewalls, antivirus don?t block traffic;
- Try to connect your agenda to TeamAgenda Server from another
computer;
- Check connection preferences in your personal agenda: ensure
that the IP-address and port number (3552 by default) of server
are correct.

I have problem while connecting to team after
converting from STS (4.5/4.8/4.9). |
Was the new TeamAgenda Server version
5 installed on the same computer as the previous STS server?
If yes, ensure that STS is not executing
and uninstalled from the computer (after having backed it up). Or
STS Service stopped or disabled and will not run again after rebooting.
If no, change the IP address and
the port number, if required.
On the server, take note of the
IP address (use IPCONFIG on Windows or NETWORK PREFERENCES on Mac)
and the port number (use TeamAgenda Server, PREFERENCES on Mac or
on Windows)
On each TeamAgenda client, ensure
that the server IP address and port number are correct.

How can I get iTeamAgenda? |
You can get iTeamAgenda for free
by going to the iPhone app store or through iTunes.
This version of iTeamAgenda works
automatically with our Teamsoft server and with the WebAgenda module,
which can be downloaded by all TeamAgenda 5.0 Pro users at
http://www.teamsoft.com/customer_support_patches.php.
In order to connect iTeamAgenda
to your own TeamAgenda data, you will need TeamAgenda 5.0.
Use the Preferences options in iTeamAgenda
to point the iPhone to your TeamAgenda 5.0 server.

How to use iTeamAgenda PRO? |
1. iTeamAgenda PRO is already configured
to connect to a demo server from Teamsoft.
You may want to reset it in order to use the default values. Go
to Preferences and Reset and choose "Yes, Delete Everything".
Go to Preferences and Network to test your connection to the demo
TeamAgenda Server.
If it does not work, check your iPhone/iPod Touch network setting.
Go to Contacts, Calendar and ToDo to see you results.
2. Downlaod TeamAgenda and TeamAgenda
Server from the following site:http://www.teamsoft.com/customer_support_30daydemo.php
Install TeamAgenda, TeamAgenda Server and WebAgenda.
Start TeamAgenda Server
Create a new Team database.
Start TeamAgenda
Create a new agenda with your full name (Firstname Lastname)
Create a few events and to do in your calendar.
In TeamAgenda, go to File, Change Password and enter a new password.
You will need a password for iTeamAgenda PRO to connect to the server.
Note that the original password is blank.
Go to Preferences and Network. Configure iTeamAgenda PRO to connect
to your server.
Enter the name/IP of the server and the path to the WebAgenda service.
The default path is '/calendar'.
Here is an example: 'MyServerNameOrIP/calendar'
Test your connection and Save it.
You are now ready to use your Address Book, Calendar and ToDo. Enjoy!
(Select Reset if you want to clear everything from iTeamAgenda PRO
(or just your data) and get back to factory setting)

How can I delete a member from team? |
To delete a member from the team,
select 'Team Administration' from the 'Context' menu and enter your
password, if necessary. Select 'Directory maintenance', select member
to delete and press 'Delete'.

I cannot connect to WebAgenda via an iPhone
or a PDA. |
Try to connect to WebAgenda from
your desktop computer using an internet browser. You can find the
instructions in the document

I can not install WebAgenda under Windows |
You need to install IIS before installing
WebAgenda. You can install IIS from Control Panel, select Add/Remove
Programs, click Add or Remove Windows Components, select and install
IIS. Then install WebAgenda again.
